Step 1: Make sure you're enrolled in our Internet Banking service. You can then set up your Mobile Banking credentials inside Internet Banking.
Step 2: Download the App :

What does it cost?
There's no fee for using our Mobile Banking. You must have a Heritage Bank account to use Mobile Banking, and it's possible that your actual account may have a cost associated with it. Your mobile service provider may charge for text messages and web access. We recommend you check your plan for details.
Do I need a special smart phone?
We developed our Smart Phone App to work with iPhones and Android devices, but you can use Mobile Web with any phone that has mobile web capability and Mobile Text with any phone that has text capability.
What happens if my Mobile Banking account is locked?
You can unlock yourself by signing into Internet Banking and changing your Mobile PIN. You can also call our Client Care Line 800.624.6452
during business hours for assistance.
I think I lost my phone... Now what?
You can disable Mobile Banking at any time from within Internet Banking. You may also call our Client Care Line 800.624.6452
during regular business hours for assistance. The service can be restarted once you have found your device or have gotten a new one.
Where can I find all the Mobile Text commands?
Once you are enrolled in Mobile Banking, simply text HELP ALL to 469228 (The Heritage Bank) and you receive a text message with all text commands.
