How do I get Internet Banking started?

Enrolling in Internet Banking is quick and easy.  Follow these steps, and you be on your way: 
  • Visit our Internet Banking Login Page and click on Enroll In Internet Banking.  
  • Follow the prompts for entering in your information.  You need your account number, social security number, email address, and you'll also have to establish a unique Login ID.  
  • Once you have entered in the required information, Internet Banking will send you a confirmation email that will contain your temporary password.
  • Check your email for your temporary password.  Then visit the Internet Banking Login Page. Enter your Login ID and your temporary password, and then follow the prompts.  Congratulations!  You are enrolled in Internet Banking.  

  • Can I change my Login ID?
    Yes, you can change your Login ID.  Login IDs are unique, so the ID you choose may not be used by another Internet Banking user.  To change your Login ID, simply login to Internet Banking and choose the Preferences tab.  Then choose Change Login ID.  Complete this form and submit.  You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.  

    What are the password requirements?
    Your password must contain:
    • At least 8 characters.
    • At least one upper case alphabet letter (e.g.:  A.....Z)
    • At least one lower case alphabet letter (e.g.:  a.....z)
    • At least one numeric character (e.g.:  1, 2, 3.....9)
    • At least one special character (e.g.:  $!`&=......)
    • Cannot use your last password. 

    I'm locked out of Internet Banking.  How can I get back in?
    There are multiple ways to regain access to Internet Banking if you get locked out:
    • Reset Yourself:   Simply begin the Internet Banking login process by entering in your Login ID.  On the page where you are required to enter your password, click into Forgot Your Password?   A temporary password will be emailed to you, and your access to Internet Banking will be restored the next time you attempt to login.  You will have to change the temporary password upon login.  
    • Call our Client Care Line 800.624.6452 Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Choose option 1 and a representative will unlock your account and reset your password.  
    • Visit your local branch and request assistance.  

    How do I turn on Mobile Banking inside Internet Banking?
    To set your Mobile Banking preferences, visit the Other Services tab.  Choose Mobile Banking and follow the prompts.   

    How do I turn on Paperless eStatements inside Internet Banking?
    To set your Paperless eStatement preferences, visit the Preferences tab.  Choose eStatements and follow the prompts.  

    What is the purpose of cookies on the internet?
    Cookies enable us to maintain information which helps us maximize the security of Internet Banking.  Cookies do not contain any information that is useful to anyone else.
